• Textbook pre-order is self-collect at all POPULAR Bookstores.
• City Square Mall outlet does not carry Secondary level textbooks and assessment titles.
• Please tick (✔) on the items that you wish to purchase on the textbook booklist, upload and submit your order.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the submission is successful.
• The packing period for your order is estimated to be within 5 working days.
• Our staff will promptly get in touch with you via email and phone call once your order is packed and ready for collection.
• Your order will be safely kept at the collection outlet for 7 days from the date of collection email. An extension of the collection date is strictly not allowed.
• The availability of stocks determines the fulfilment of stock orders.
• In the event that the order is not collected within the specified time, POPULAR reserves the right to unpack and reinstate back to the store shelves.
• Payment must be made upon collection at the store which you have selected.
• Present your POPULAR Card/e-Card to receive 5% OFF textbooks.

• By submitting your order on POPULAR's Textbook Pre-order platform, you agree that POPULAR may collect, use and disclose your personal information included in this form to inform you via direct mails, emails and/or text messages about POPULAR's products and services, upcoming promotions or events organised/co-organised by POPULAR.
